Hi everyone I've been MIA for a while but now I'm back. I am so angry right now I could spit nails!!! Here's the situation: I am in the process of getting a divorce (He wanted it, not me). Now, we are also going through a custody battle for our beautiful almost 2 year old daughter. 2 weeks ago, he was given temporary custody. My lawyer said the ONLY reason he got it over me was because his lawyer said that his father is retired and can be available to her 24/7. That is BS!!! His father runs an illegal business out of his home! I only get her Tuesday evening until I drop her off at the babysitter's Wed morning, then again from Friday afternoon till Saturday evening. We are due in court this Thursday and we just found out our babysitter cannot watch her on Thursday. She has only ever been watched by both of our parents, and her babysitter. Both sets of parents are going to be in court and the babysitter is unavailable. So he says that his grandmother can watch her. I don't feel that is safe, she is old and Maddy is a lot to handle, typical 2 year old: lots of energy!!! So then, he says that his Aunt could watch her. In the 10 years that we had been together, I have NEVER heard him say ANYTHING remotely nice about this woman and now he is willing to leave our daughter with her?!?! WTF?!?!? Then, on top of all that, he says that his mom's friend could watch her. I said to him, "Do you even know your own daughter?!?!" "She is ultra sensitive and will be scared, unhappy, and will do nothing but cry!" He says I am over-reacting and that it is only for a few hours and any of the above mentioned people would be fine. I completely don't agree and feel like she would be unsafe in any of those situations!!! I am going to call my lawyer tomorrow and see what we can do about this.
So sorry this has gotten so long. I hope someone has read all of it! I would love to hear your thoughts, comments, or whatever. Thanks for listening!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
My heart is breaking for you right now because I know I would have ben a wreck if anyone took my 2 year old for more than a few hours. Until she was two we never spend a day apart.
My girls are grown now and I am grateful the STBX held it together during their childhood, though there are issues.
Take care of yourself as best you can. Get enough sleep, eat, exercise and plan for the day you get your little girl back full time. I am rooting for you.
