OK, I'm starting to eat better, running 5 miles everyday, hitting the weights and staying in shape. At the on-slaught of this thing I was sleeping good and weighed 197 lbs (in good shape). My weight initially dropped down to 160 pounds and now is staying about the 167-170 range and seems to have leveled off there. I feel good and healthy. I've cut out almost all sweets and eat less. BUT I HAVE NOT SLEPT MORE THAN 3 HOURS IN 4 MONTHS. I lay in bed (actually the couch..hate her,hate her,hate her) all night and watch the clock tick by till it's time to get the kids up and get going. I take a shot of Nyquil every night and that knocks me out for about 2 hours. I thought by now I would start sleeping again and I'm thinking of getting sleep aides from the doctor. Who else is having/had this problem and what worked for you? I NEED SLEEP!!!

theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??
