Went to a lawyer the other day. Sad event, but I made it through. The lawyer says it will be cheaper if we do a separation agreement (he called it something else) - some sort of contract. My question to everyone is how do you know where to start. How do you know what to ask for? What is the most important thing to ask for , and what is something that I might forget to ask for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
