I found out today at work that one of my co-workers died yesterday. He was only 38 and appeared very healthy. They said they didn't know all the details of his death so they wouldn't say how he died. It was such a shock to us all. James was always in a good mood, kind and friendly to everyone, just an all around great guy. He will be greatly missed. Things like this really put our lives in perspective. Life is precious and very short. Let's try to live it to the fullest. God bless.....and rest in peace, James.
