I remarried and during that period I took my ex husband back to court regarding child support and some issues regarding college for the children. My current husband and I lived in my house and kept his house as rental property and he was afraid that the courts would see the rental house as an asset to my funds, so I signed a quit claim deed to the house. We have now been married twelve years and this marriage is ending in divorce. Because of my signing this, has this ruined any hope of getting my half of the assests out of the property? We live in Missouri. Any one with information on this or advice on this would greatly be appreciated.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
