I finally worked up the nerve to ask him some questions. I asked him how much he received from his Uncle. The figures he gave me do not add up to the copies of the saving account receips. If he is telling the truth then some of that money is mine. What is he thinking. Lieing like that when he knows I have seen the receipts. I then asked him when he plans on serving me. He said next week. Just like that. I found the receipts week and half ago and now he is serving me papers. I am the one that took care of him and his excuse is that he is tired of staring at 4 walls. He can't even walk across the room without being out of breath. What is going to become of him? I know I shouldn't care. Now he just tells me tht the papers were not filed last week because the lawyers hadn't deposited the money yet. He told me that he will file bankruptsy on his half of medical bills. Wait a minute what about the other half? I still don't feel that I should be responsible for them. Oh my please help me make it through this. What happens after I am served? Does this mean he will be paying for the divorce? HELP!
