I took my soon to be 10 year old daughter to the dentist today. I was concerned because in the last month, she's lost loads of back teeth but still has her 4 top front ones. The dentist took a special Xray to see what was going on. When he showed it to me I almost started crying. She apparently has two extra front teeth in addition to her permanent and baby ones. They're all on top of each other. She'll have to go to an orthodontist and oral surgeon. He said she may even have to have a bridge if the teeth are damaged. She cried all the way home. I called my MIL because I knew my husband's sister and brother had something wrong with their teeth. She told me that they were each missing a front tooth that never came in. I told my daughter....guess what, honey? YOU got their teeth! She said God must really have a sense of humor and started laughing! :)
