I'm starting a new life. Okay, I'm in my 50's, but that doesn't mean I'm done. So, I want to diet and exercise. I would like to lose 25 pounds and tone. I already have a health club membership I don't use mostly because I never saw any results and I'm not sure if I do the exercise correctly. I would like a routine I can do at home.Also, what diets have given you the best results (besides the divorce diet lol)? I need some encouragement here. Thanks guys.
