I know this is completely off topic but it's bothering me today. As a teenager I moved several times...when my dad lost his job and couldn't find work in our state, when my grandfather got sick and my mom had to help take care of him, when my dad got a job allowing him to move back to our home state. As a result I don't have life long friends with whom I keep in contact. My best friends in my (now) town have their "high school" friends and they've been getting together with them a lot recently because they've reconnected with facebook. I'm not included in these events because I wasn't a "high school" friend in their "group". I know it's silly but I'm feeling left out as they post things on their facebook pages about getting together tonight to eat. LOL...darn it feels like high school all over.
