How is everyone doing with the BIG holidays coming up like starting next week? I am hping to give myself some advance propping up since I am scared that this will be some really low points for me, what with only about 3 months of this divorce crap under my belt. I have 2 invotes for Thxgiving -- one is way too far away, can't do it at all -- the other is people I don't nwo that well and i am afraid I will be a bad guest. Christmas generally sucks every eyar anyway, so I'm sure it will this eyar, but if it's worse than usual I may have a problem. I need some encouraging thoguths! Start new traditions (like what?), treat myself (like how?).

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
