I noticed at the gym, that I was walking around, looking at men with distain. I wanted to hate everyone of them. But then I talked to a male friend who is dealing with a breakup. And I realized that we all need to save our anger for those who inflicted the pain, and not let it spread around to everyone. Men or women as a gender need to feel our wrath. We need to love eachother as brothers and sisters.
