These last few days have been very, very tough. I thought I would do better, but I am a wreck. I can\'t stop thinking about the past 17 years with my wife and our girls, 14 & 12. I feel hopeless, anxious, and a bit angry (at my wife) for her poor decisions and for her bailing out on her family and her husband. I am trying to be strong for my girls, but I break down too often in front of them. I can\'t wait for the year to be over all the while trying to put on my best face for the girls. Any suggestions much appreciated.
