Well...who knows when the judge will decide what happens with the dirtbike. Meanwhile I have a 13 year old son who wants to have fun with my boyfriend's nephew who lives across the street when he is riding his ATV. I had already decided that I would be replacing the dirtbike with a new one when I got my tax rebate this week...my boyfriend talked to my son and they have decided that an ATV would be more practical on the farm and he would be able to use it much longer (wouldn't outgrow it unlike a specific dirtbike). My boyfriend is adding HIS rebate check to the amount that I'm using to buy the atv and I'm financing the rest. Can you believe that??? He's actually giving his WHOLE rebate to my son when my son's own father is too selfish to give him ANYTHING anymore (even a dirtbike that belongs to son that my x is too big to ride anyway!)...and my x makes about 3 times what my bf makes. My son and I (and my daughter) are so lucky that we have such an amazing man in our lives.
