Has anyone had any experience with Mediation or Colaborative Divorce? Now that I have come to the realization that my marriage is over, I now have to decide which road to take for the actual process. I would prefer the divorce to be as civil. as possible. This is not something I have thought lightly about. We have been going through rough times for about 4 years now. Just when I thought things were fianlly better he throws another surprise at me. This time it went too far, the kids may have witnessed some of his poor judgement. I'm not sure how much is appropriate to write in this forum but needless to say it was beyond X rated. Thanks!
