Length of Suffering - Need Encouragement

I am wondering how long other members have been suffering from their breakup? Today marks 19 months of suffering for me! Is this some kind of an awful record? It sure feels that way to me.
My divorce is dragging on. Each month we go to court at least once, but no progress is made. Just the bills go higher. The ex is still hoping to get out of this marriage without giving me anything at all and so far he has succeeded in this.
I am trying my best to move on with my life, but the endless litigation is occupying my time and my thoughts, emptying my bank account and wearing me down emotionally. Can someone please give me some words of encouragement?

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Considering that you are still battling it out in court, it's understandable that you are still caught up in the whirlwind of emotions that often accompanies the end of a marriage.
Keep hanging in there. Once the legalities of it are finalized, you will then be able to close that chapter in your life. In the meantime, though, try occupying your time with positive things.
Maybe try a new hobby that you might not otherwise have considered or take a non-credit class on something that interests you.
Most importantly, give yourself permission to enjoy life. Instead of dwelling on the emotional and financial obstacles that now haunt you, dare to focus on what you do have, like this glistening opportunity to develop a new and improved version of yourself!
You are stronger than you probably give yourself credit for. I wish you the best!
