Hi guys, I hope that you are all gaining in strength and peace.
At night, I worry so much about getting insomnia that I can't sleep. So as I lay awake chasing the shadows on the ceiling, a bunch of thoughts came to me and, if you don't mind, I would like to share some of them with you.
My thoughts create tomorrow and my values guide my actions today. I experience love and joy in every moment, and since pain is only a thought, I think a beautiful thought and say goodbye to the tears. I expand my knowlege and my understanding, and I express love. I am happy. I smile.
The debate over remarriage for me has a different frame. It is not whether I would marry again, it is whether a woman would ever marry me.
If she wants a big house, shiny jewelry, status cars, I am not that man.
If she wants to spend, spend, spend, I am not that man.
If she wants to eat all the time in fancy restaurants, I am not that man.
If she wants a faithful, loving man, I am he.
If she wants someone to hold her and just be with her, I am that man.
If she wants someone to make her laugh, dry her tears, and scratch her back, and massage her toes, I am that man.
If she wants someone to clean the house and devour the daily household chores, I am that man.
If she wants long delicious moments of intimacy, caress, and fulfillment, I am that man.
If she wants to have fun, I am that man.
If she wants to lie on the beach, I am that man.
If she wants to travel the world, I am that man.
If she wants to expand her knowledge and understanding, I am that man.
Of these thoughts, and in finding me through them, I am not ashamed.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
