It's starting to happen and we knew it would. The ex charged 3 separate root canals on my insurance after the divorce was final. The decree clearly stated that we were each individually responsible for our own healthcare costs and coverage. Of course I cancelled his coverage on my insurance when the divorce was final since the court OKed it. Anyway the dental office that did the work is taking him to court. He is out of state so I doubt that they'll get anything but maybe that means that he will never be back.
