This little saga began...summer of 1981... I met him...yada yada yada...yada yada yada....3 beautiful kids...yada yada yada..
the divorce part..began summer of 2004..and...was finalized March 2007....yippeeeeeeeeee.
He broke the terms of the Divorce by cancelling my Medical Insurance.
My Divorce is now nullified.
Round Two begins tommorow...filing papers on Monday, my Shark Divorce lawyer is doing this one free for me.. guiding me thru whatever I need.
My lawyer suggested we file and get my medical reinstated and file for damages, and ask for Spousal Support now.
The EX was only obligated to keep me on his plan until Feb 28/08. Now I am going to ask for coverage til hell freezes over.
I just checked the pill bottles.. tommorow is the last day. I need to get my prescriptions filled now. This medical insurance was topping up my basic insurance benefits and the meds were 100% covered.
Here I thought it was over...damn...even when it's over.. it's not.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Sorry your going thur this. (again) - he's a really pain in the ass.

I choose to divorce in Supreme Court.. not a local provincial court.
My lawyer is a seasoned pro.. in his late 60s.. a QC.. Queen's Counsel.. he wrote the book on a lot of Divorce and Mediation.
He tells me that the EX nullified the terms of the divorce... okay.. so.. maybe not the divorce.. but the terms of the divorce..and now has left the door open for me to go back and reopen the whole thing.
yeah.. so Im divorced.. but.. the terms no longer stand.. my lawyer said to go for more now... the reason I mediated and did not want to go to court for 5 days was because it would cost me @3,000 a day ..
wish me luck... i am really sick right now... healthwise.
I don't understand why such bad things happen to such good people.
freakin black cloud over my head I tell u.. this business will kill me.
I think that some, make that most, women are trained early on not to look after their own needs. Maybe that worked for society when we were in caves, but nowadays, it just makes no sense.
Take him in, get it all, and make sure you can collect!
As far as your meds, you can normally get a short term supply from the pharmacy if you run out for some unusual reason. Try to get a week supply or even a few days. Don't go without your meds. Don't wait to see what happens.
I was not anticipating getting sick 4.5 months ago.. I was working for a firm with the 2010 Olympics and all was fine... my health is at the point where I am not working... I resigned my job recently.
I am not on any government assistance or disability, no spousal either.
His insurance was a safety net I had for 11 months...I did not anticpate needing it.
the medication, it was a brand new prescription on Tuesday, and and I was surprised my coverage ended on Friday.
I thought I was doing okay on my own.. apparently not.
