Don't know what to say. But people here truly understand this sorrow and anguish and we are here for you. Please don't ask me how, but in some way or another we will make it through this and one day there will be light at the end of the tunnel. So sorry.

First was when H started coming home late, I got depressed and then after I confronted him he told me he wanted out. The second one hit much harder than the first. This time after he confirmed he would move out. It was as hard as the second one.
I am expecting the fourth wave to hit the hardest after he moves out. I hope I have anything left in me to keep going when it comes.
Thanks again.

Everyone says it is so helpful. Even my divorced marital therapist went there. I am going to go when the next one near me starts.
