Mk - there is no magic formula...just try to do what makes you happy or come in here and vent about what's putting you in your dark place. We all visit there and some pack their bags and stay there awhile but sooner or later we get out of there and move on with our lives.

hon we've met! we have suffered together..laugh together..cried together..rooted each other on..cheared when we;ve done good..got pissed at our stupid x's/stbxs..dont ya get it?

mk, I agree, in many ways we have connected. We are all going through the same thing. We're all just in different places. We also deal with the different issues differently. I've met some DS friends too and it's true, you feel like you've always known them. We are definitely here for you!!! I'm happy to know that you are my friend here on DS! I so love all of my DS friends!!!

All of us here have felt pain, sorrow, despair...because of that, we also know how it can help when someone is there for you and supportive.

None of us want others here to feel those feelings if they don't have to, so we can all give love and support from a place of knowing and the desire to make those bad feelings go away.

I have had the privilege of meeting a number of ds members, and I can tell you that I can't think of anyone that I would rather spend time with, I have laughed with them, I have cried with them, and they have treated me like family, inviting me into their homes. I have written a couple journal entries about it. There is no place like home, and when I meet a ds member, i feel like home! I have a whole list of people that I would love to meet, and if at all possible, i will continue to strive to go to places and meet people. Huge hugs, Kimmee
