I think we all understand each other and are open to help and be helped

Heck, I have been here for about a week, feel better for being here, and was welcomed right off the bat. DS rules! I am just not so lonely because of the support here.

Well I just started a couple of days ago and I feel like you are all friends. I think we can relate to each and every one's situation. We have all been there at some time or another or we wouldn't be here.

I just found out about you guys today and already I feel better. None of my friends or family are divorced and really have no clue how to help me get through this, although they mean well. Thanks!

I have been here for only a couple of weeks and don't feel like a third wheel. It is just nice to find a place where I could vent or cry if I need to.

All of you have made me feel great! We were told recently that we were a cliquish forum and I had never noticed it until today, don't know why! But if we are, it is cause we have all grown with each other and I really feel we all stick together to make sure that everyone that joins gets the help and the support that they need! Your responses have made me feel very good!

All I know is today I feel like sh*t and was touched by mombasa telling me to post my pain and when I did, I found myself realll looking forward to the support I thought i might get. I got it and am so thankful for friends that know the pain I am in. Thanks for the post jerriean. hugs

I have been here since May, when my STBX dropped the bomb (OW). This place KEPT ME SANE and I am fortunate enough to have made some VERY good friends here.
I have come to realize that each of us are on the same road. Some of us are just starting, some of us are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, and so many are at different points in between. But the best part about DS is that NO MATTER where you are on this rough road, there is always someone there to reach down a hand for you when you fall. NEVER have I experienced such a wonderful place and such beautiful people! Thanks to all who have helped me on MY road!

If a clique is a group of people who care and look out for and look after each other then I guess we are a clique.

If a clique is a group of people who understand you and put up with you when you rant, vent and go off the deep end, then I guess we are a clique.

If a clique is a group of people who hear the same questions over and over and never tire of answering them and coming to another's aid when he/she is at the lowest point, then I guess we are a clique.

If a clique is a group that excludes others and doesn't care if it inflicts pain, that has an air of superiority and eliteness, then I guess we aren't.

Whatever you call it, I am glad I am here and that we are here for each other.
