How to deal with false accusations.

I really do need to ask, has anyone had this put on them, by stbx, if so how you responded...
Today, was going along fine, caught up with a friend last night for dinner, and I mean friend.
tbx pipes up today, and ask's me "did I have a good night and sex, last night with your Sports Doctor."
To begin, I do not know any sports doctor, is he just baiting me, and I wish I was having sex last night, wish was not the case.. give it a rest, already. For someone, who does not care, doing a great job. Stress, I do not need..

My x pulled that same crap sunday night I havn't talked to him in months he called me at work and heard one of the guys in the back ground and said oh I let you go so you can be with your boyfriend amazing I don't get it either they don't get it

It's really weird i think that have some kind of radar that lets them know when you are over them or interested in someone else because Saat nite i met someone I liked and had plan to see on sunday and then my x showed upo at my house and cause drama and i didm't end up seeing the other guy

It sounds like he's digging for information..give him NONE. When he makes remarks like this just laugh and change the subject. I'm still kicking myself over a phone call with ex some months ago.

I had the TV on and he says "do you have someone over there" ("over there" is 1000 miles away). I told him it was just he TV but later realized I should have said "what does it matter" and then laughed.

My stbx flaunts her sex life infront of me and then bashes me anytime I go somewhere asking me if "she is good at sex"...give up already..she cheated and wanted the divorce.

maybe he is having sex with the sports doctor. i guess it's like when we were kids, ignore them and hopefully it will stop. if it's via phone, just hang up and tell him, whenever you start talking crap i'm hanging up on you. set your boundries.

    theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

    I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
