No phone call today from him or my wonderful stepchildren who I sent cards to with money in it, they are all just so sweet and so good to me, makes me sick, ungrateful.
But I had a great time at my brothers, with my n nephew and my dad is here from Florida, so i didn't let it get to me, there not worth it.
So i guess he should be filing after the holidays then right?

Talked about that at my brothers how I should just walk away with nothing from him because he will be a real bastard and try to get away with give me nothing while I spend lots of money on a lawyer, not sure what i want to do yet. My dad is good, were going to a get togehter on Saturday with his 2 brothers my uncles and there families, then Sunday he is coming to my apartment to see it, do a few things for me here then were going out to dinner, I love seeing him with my nephew its' the best.

I probably will file very shortly, it also occurred to me, legally he is my husband and if something happens to me medically, car accident, sickness he has legal powers, and I don't want this SOB having any say in my care, so thats a major incentive right there for me to file asap.

(((hugs))) I understand your concern,but it doesn't hurt to consult(it's free)with some lawyers to see what you are entitled to and then decide if it's worth the fight.
I'm so happy your dad is here for you.Glad you got to spend time with your nephew :)

How is it not his way, don't you think he wants to get it over with too at this point, we aren't even talking at all anymore, and that's fine with me now, which is a big step for me.

    I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
