I have been asking STBX to pick up his stuff for over a month. He is always too busy. So how long do you have to keep it. I told him to pick it up by Friday (yesterday) and of course he didn't. He thinks he was going to pick it up while I am out of town for the holidays but I changed the locks. He said that was illegal. I told him that I don't have keys to where he is staying so it is the same thing. I don't want him wondering around my house while I'm not here.
