My stbx had the kids this morning to visit his mom. I went to pick them up at their house and my stbx said my oldest son did not want to go. He knew I was going to visit my best friend for Christmas and open presents. I was so shocked that I didn't really know what to say. I feel that I should have made him go with me but I didn't. It was hard for me to take. Also my stbx made our 4 yo daughter hug the OW's 5yo and tell him that she loves him. I couldn't believe this was happening right in front of me. How could he make our daughter say that she loves this little boy whom she has only know for 2 short months. I was so shocked by everything that I just left with all but one of my kids and drove 2 hours to visit my friend. I am still in shock. I would really like some insight. Should I have made my son come with me or not. Also if our kids don't want to see their daddy should I make them go anyway. I don't know. Our daughter has not wanted to go on two occasions and I told him that she needed to go because her daddy missed her and really wanted to spend time with her. Please anyone give me some advice.
