My ex is thousands of miles away and is wanting to share custody..(we have our first trial hearing in a few weeks) we have 7 year old twins. Is this even possible? Seeing as how he walked out over 2 years ago and doesn't call nor ask about the girls.. is this even possible?? I was told that the judge could ask the girls where they would want to live... this scares me to death! Please.. advice is much needed. I have no idea what's gonna happen nor anyone to talk to about it.
