Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
But overall...it depends on how you feel emotionally and mentally....and even physically. I was ready after 4 months...but then again me and my X are good friends. It was just the first 2 months that killed me daily. Anyhow....I say go by how you feel. Maybe thats all you need is a night out...and someone paying attention to you. At the same time being social is very helpful. I hope some of this made sense.....take care and stay strong (((hugs)))
Perhaps in your situation your heart and mind had already acknowledged your relationship ending months or years ago, and now the physical side of separating has just caught up.
Life is short, go and find happiness if you really do feel you are ready. Good luck xoxo
As long as, as everyone has said, you don't dive headlong into anything.
