YA...text messages on OUR ANNIVERSARY from 10 in the morning until midnight.

Pages upon pages, 750 text messages in one month...practically every minute of the day starting a week after he wanted to separate.

I know that heart sinking feeling when u discovered that! They have a pill for every ailment out there now. I wish there was a pill for heartbreaks, just go to the doc & refill ur prescription. I'm terribly sorry that u have to go thru this.

Hi Hotpocket, You don't know which pain is hurting the most. Going through this seperation or the TM's that you found. I know how bad it hurts when you find something like that. It is a knife in the heart along with all the pain there from the start. Sometimes you don't think you can stand another day of this but you will get through it..hang on sweetie......

seriously I threw up all nite ...then couldnt eat for about two months....I was pretty hot for a bit.....but I eventually recovered and got some ass back...lol...the heartbreak diet my friends call it...
cheaters are the absolute worst.....ever read Seat of the Soul....by Gary Zukav..about doing the deepest work on your soul...it says liars throw off the universe ...its just that wrong....good book.

    I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

    I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
