I got inspired by one of the discussions that I read involving the "save you marraige" websites. I had also looked at those but decided against them for the same reason that others have- that you can not save a relationship that is only important to you. However, I found the idea of working on myself to be a exciting and wonderfully decadent idea. I have read books about being a great person for my children, my husband and a few others I could name, but it has been a while since I worried about doing some soul searching for myself.
Please, give me some recommendations for some good secular self improvement books. I am waiting with my library card in hand.
