My ex wants to keep this a no contest divorce, mainly because if it goes into an argument he'll have to pay more for his lawyer. So I told him if he wants to keep this a no contest divorce, he needs to agree in the papers to pay off half the debt that was accrued in the marriage. I've been told that although the debt is in my name, it was accrued in the marriage and any judge would make him pay half, especially considering he was the sole provider in the marriage, I don't work and am on disability. So he sent me an email today, said he'd agree to pay $900. This would be just about half of the largest bill. There's a bill that's $1900 another that is $635, and another that is about $550. Should I just settle for that $900??? And keep this a no contest divorce? Or should I get my attourney and try to get half of it all? I've been told if I ask for it I'm going to get it. I dunno, I don't want to be a b*tch but he left me in a mess with all these bills and he's not working with me on it very much.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
