Good morning everyone, what a beautiful day.. The sun is shining and is gonna be 80 degrees today. I would just like to say to all who are having a rough time, hang in there it is tough but it does turn around. I am living proof, just 5 months ago I was a complete mess. I like to look at it as a cat with a ball of yarn. If you feel you ater down to the last string, grab it and hold onto it as tight as you can as it will save you. your claws are sharp so there is no way it can come loose. In time you will begin to pull the string back to you and as long as you focus on you and not the other the ball will get bigger again until it is as big as it once was. THat is my thought for the day. I hope you all have a very nice day, and remember no matter how bad, just keep on smiling even if you dont feel like it. LOe ya all Stu.
