Okay, I haven't been separated a long time, legally, but in my head and heart it has been a while. My question is, if you want to try to date, how do you go slow? I tend to jump in with both feet and to heck with the consequences. I would really like to establish a loving relationship first BUT it has been a REEAALLYYY REAALLY LONG TIME!!! (You know what I mean!) I'm not sure I trust myself to stick to my values, especially if there is any kind of chemistry. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
