Now that some time has passed, I have had some friends and family tell me it's time to wish him well and become friends. This is a step I need to accomplish in order to move on. What???!!! This doesn't sit well with me. I brought it up with my therapist who said I certainly DON'T have to wish him well but if I wanted to be friends down the road it was my decision. I don't wish him well. In fact, I wish the opposite and I don't want to even see his face nevermind be his friend. Is anyone here friends with their ex's or wish them well? Because I don't, does that mean I am mean spirited? or bitter? Am I doomed?

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
