Hey everyone. I am finding that at night those sad/hollow feelings are creeping back in. I try my best to sleep or distract myself. But at night I find those sad/lonely feelings come flooding back. I find myself feeling like I will be alone forever. Will I ever be married again? I even start thinking things like oh he is happy or what is he doing. I usually don't feel this way. I have been feeling WAY better the last two months. But lately...its starting to come back. I always feel better the next day. But towards the night/late night I just feel really low and not hopeful. Just blah really. I was wondering do you ever feel this way? How do you deal with it? Especially at night...
