Falling out of love is harder then falling in love

It's time for me to wake up! For the past month I have been kidding myself by pretending that I didn't love my wife any more. Reality for me is I still do. I am so stupid because she hurts me almost everyday. I was willing to forget about the affair and give her that second chance. It never worked out and not sure why. I have came to one conclusion................. People fall in love easier than falling out of love. No matter what you may say down deep there's still love for them. If they have hurt you and you could see a change in them then, I would bet that many people would give them a second chance. Maybe for me anyways. I really thought my love for her went away like a bad nightmare. Today, I realized that my anger is with me because I still love her. This is normal, and I realize this. I also realized that falling out of love is much harder than falling in love. When we fall in love it's new and some people get attached to people easily. The sad part is when you truly love someone they become a part of us and not having them takes a part of us away. We walk around feeling empty, lost, confused, blank, etc.... I still feel like there's something missing. When we talk I just want to scream and say are you stupid? You had a man that truely loved you and you threw it away. I believe that true love comes by once in a life time. Yes we may find love again but, the first true love is different. It's a feeling that can't be replaced. We just choose to accept the second love and live our lives. This is just my 2 cents.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
but i do agree we all fall in love easier than out of love.
Moving on is a bummer, and some people stuggle with it for years. Most I talk to, even if they hate their ex to the bottom of their gut, they also almost always admit they still have a love for them
As far as finding new love goes...
Next springtime will once again bring beauty, hope and rebirth to the world, just like last year. Last years spring was beautiful and it burst forth with hope and dreams. But does the beauty it held mean that THIS years spring will not also be beautiful, uplifting and full of hope in its own unique way?
Love for me is like that. I love my ex, I suppose I always will. She is last years springtime, full of beauty, hope and for a time, we danced together and made love and my heart filled with her. But that spring is gone...
Now I am living a new spring wtih a new love, and she is beautiful and wonderful in her own unique ways. I love her and the garden she put in my heart has its own beauty and emotions. Those emotions are not replacing, no more than last years spring can replace this one. But simply because the love I feel for her is not last years spring does not mean it is just as intensely beautiful, wonderful and fulfilling as last years
I can freely admit that I still love him, even though he is seeing someone else and having little to do with me and our son, but it doesn't mean I want to be with him. Its just hard letting go...
together...anyway, he has found a new love, had found new loves before and he falls so hard for them...i have heard him say this. so is this new love his next true love? who knows. i just hate the fact that he threw our family away. in love? no, love him right his minute? not the way a wife would love her husband. I don't believe, at least i hope, that we don't "replace" our love for the stbx with a new love, it's just a different love, maybe a better love, and just maybe in reality, a REAL true love.
