Today is a really hard day. I have this twisting knot in my stomach. I just don't feel like doing anything. Yesterday I made myself get out of the house. Today, I just feel like sulking. This is a horrible feeling. I just want to feel like myself again. I already lost so much of who I am through the years of marriage, I don't want to lose more of myself through divorce. This is supposed to be where I find myself again. UGgggggg Here I am in the damn pity room again. Anyone want to join me? I truly feel like I am going to puke out of pure stress.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Do you have someone that you can call? Let them know that you need help getting outside?
Some nice people, here, convinced me that I needed to let my daughter get me out of here...best medicine on Earth-and I was so doubtful.
We are all pulling for you.
Some days, I am hosting my own pity party; other days I feel myself rising about all of that and moving forward and feeling empowered.
I just pray that the good days begin to outweigh the pity days and, soon enough, I won't need to visit The Room any more.
But today I do. I hope tomorrow I won't.
I hope you feel better soon. I'll send you good thoughts if you will send me some as well. :)
