9.10 pm...no alcohol since Monday evening. Feeling fine. Even though have had a few little blows today, not gone out and bought any. Dad wanted to drive the 7 hour drive to spend xmas day with me so I wouldnt be alone. Mum couldnt be bothered as her precious son is coming over from Australia and she wants all her xmas at hers. I cant go there cos I have dogs booked in. Dad gets upset and goes off for walk without eating, in freezing cold, 70, diabetic with triple heart bypass. Collapses. Hospital picks him up...walks out of hospital saying he doesnt care if he lives or he dies because he is not able to offer me the financial or emotional support I need. My mum says why dont I just find a friend to spend xmas with. Thanks mum. My Break UP is creating outfall everywhere. I am still only going to have a cup of hot chocolate!!!!!!!!!!
