I have not put exercise back into my daily life -- wonder if that might help with the constant crying? Maybe some good stories of how exercise helped you might help me get inspired? I cannot find God, so I figured exercise might be the next best thing. I want to spend some time today organizing my house and my office space here at the house, mow the lawn adn tend ot the roses, and plan a schedule for the week (a flexible schedule) that would include regular exercise, but that has been tuff for me for like a year now, then it got worse 3 months ago when my life as I knew it blew up in my face. Looking for some inspiration! And I am going to do all of this today while still crying constantly, it's becoming almost natural to me, lol!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
