Early on in my divorce process I was told to "make sure you document everything"... So along with my piles of receipts and other papers, I kept a daily "journal", not emotional, just kind of a daily synopsis of what he did, what was said, attitudes, times, etc. What exactly am I supposed to be writing? What have YOU all been doing? and do/did you ever need to produce it for any court hearings?
