Has anyone gone threw or is going threw divorce that you are doing it without legal help? My concern is my husband and i want to do it this way, but I feel i will not get what is right for me. We've been married 16 year. We have 3 kids ages 16,13, & 8. I have only work part time. My money has only been labeled the extra $$. My main purpose was carring for my kids, house, and husband. I did everything in the house even payed the bills without skipping a beat. taking kids to and from after school activies, doctors, friends and sport games, cooked, cleaned and laundry. His main thing was to work so we can have a house and food and clothes. What should I say to him when we sit down to talk. I know I want custody of the kids. We only rent. 1 year ago we sold our house. We have nothing to really dispute. I just want child support and custudy. But I want what is right for 3 kids and to still be able to stay in the place we rent. Any ideas or answers?
