Well.. How do I start... I out of the house for about 8 months, but going over to the house regularly to clean, visit the dogs, pick up mail etc. I have been out of town all week and came back on Friday and received a text for me to pick up my stuff and dog. She changed all the locks on the home. I still have access to my stuff because I have a garage door opener and thats is where she left my clothes. She did not pack up any of my other personal effects.. She has moved her boyfriend in the home and tells me the she will not agree to the price I want to sell the home for. I am completely frusterated.. is this legal? Can she really change the locks and kick me out of my home?
