My husband left me after 5yrs of marriage. At the time he left my moble home was being foreclosed and all my bills behind. My family pd house off I still owe them 3,000. Now time for divorce. Tried to make it very easy for the man not to ask for any help as long as I get the title of this trailor. He wants 1,000. If I sold this place I would be lucky to get 3,500 and I still owe family. I want to divorce but I do not have any money for a lawyer. I did try and file with my ex for a joint but he is adament over the 1,000 I dont feel he deserves. Is it possible to file and get divorced.

My first thought is when it comes down to money ..wait. If you can wait it out and if he wants out badly enough he will file. Either he can afford it and he will pay for the divorce; giving you the chance to get on your feet. Or he can't afford it and will eventually do what it takes to get you to give him his life back. The ball really is in your court. IN getting an attorney you should be able to demand he pay half of the debts left behind, including the debt for the trailer.

Ive come along way since my divorce up until the last 2 months I was ok with being patient.I feel I should be farther then this after 18 months. Also If I waited for my ex he would wait forever. Not sure why hes the one that left. Also If I choose to wait how can I be ok with it. and not be so angry I dont know where this came from I thought I worked on this already.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
