we are divorced and we both agreed to no child support as we have a huge amount of debt we are trying to manage. all of the debt is in my name so she really doesn't care if things are paid on time or not. She has taken responsibility of the debt via the decree. She of course now says she can't afford what she agreed to three months ago and wants to go after me for child support. Can she do that at any time? I have agreed verbally to accept minimum payments. But I am not getting much from her. What is the least expensive way to document this stuff and get the ball rolling on her being in default of the divorce decree?
