I just finished reading a book called Divorce Busters By Michele Weiner-Davis. It is so helpful I just wanted to put it out there where everyone would have a chance to benefit. It teaches so much about breaking the cycles we seem to get on, and about actions and reactions, and how to change yourself and get your spouse to notice. I can't even begin to list all the helpful stuff in there, but I will tell you it is based on SBT, or Solution-Oriented Brief Therapy. It is totally different than any approach I have ever heard of. It makes so much sense. So, if you are struggling in your marriage, and want to try to save your marriage, give this a try. BTW, it says that only one spouse has to be willing to try this!
