My husband and I have been considering divorce because it's just not working anymore and I was wondering if anyone had heard of collaborative divorce as an alternative? I saw "Juno" recently and they mentioned it in the movie and I heard that Robin Williams and his wife are also using the practice for their divorce. Does anyone have any advice, info or experience with the process? I have visited The International Academy of Collaborative Professionals website www.collaborativepractice.com with a directory of attorneys that practice across the nation. If anyone has any info please let me know, I am very interested.
