I see many people here direct others to counselling, myself included. I've been thinking about this for a while now. Some people are so depressed, they may not seek it at all no matter how much we suggest it. I am without insurance at the time, so counselling is not available for me. I don't do churces so that's out too. So I, and others come here for help and advice. Any thoughts?
