Am I the only one who feels like the system treat's divorce like its a cookie cutter. Now I am talking about the wonderful no fault divorce. So to me it says esentially that every divorce is the same, does not matter who did what to who, with who, with what or when but how much do you have and how much do you have. Then the state gets to play Robin Hood and redistributes the so called wealth. Its all done in the interest of fairness and speed but aren't courts supposed to be about justice. Why is it that the responsible party, seems to always get dumped on while the retards and idiots get rewarded or get off Scot free. When it comes to nofault divorce, its seems to me that for the most part the system is ass backwards, any one agree?
