Has anyone else had to take a co-parenting class as part of the divorce process? My stbx and I have to take one Saturday, even though our daughter is 18 and leaves for college in five weeks. I feel like it is four hours of my life that I will never get back because we have been apart for almost a year and our daughter is not even going to be living at home. Anyway, just wondering what to expect. I know it is different everywhere but wondered what type of topics would be discussed.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
