Does anyone know (I live in CA) ..... when the judge awards child support, if my stbx decides to marry his g/f, is her income taken into account as far as it then being "joint" money? And also, if or when the judge determines how our debts are to be divided .... if he is required to pay towards our debts, and they get married, again ... is her income then taken into account. Especially, say, if he loses his job.
