We have only been seperated since January 23. We went to court in Feb. and he asked for overnight on wednesdays (so he can take them to church) and every other weekend. He never spent any time with us when we were married. I knew this was to look good for the judge. Anyway, this week is the 2nd week in a row he has cancelled his wednesday night and the 3rd total. I knew it wouldn't last, but is this going to count against him in court? And what do I tell my daughter when she asks why they aren't staying with daddy? I want to tell her because he doesn't want you, but i've been the better person so far.

theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??
